My second TV appearance of the day (June 19, 2008) was at noon on Channel 5 WEWS. This time, juggler extraordinaire, John Flower, joined Steve Presser and I to promote the Coventry Street Fair.

Hanging in the waiting room, was a poster of one of my favs broadcasted by Ch 5, LOST. I contemplated various ways to escape with the framed poster, but to no avail... sigh :(





As Steve, John and I waited off to side to go on air, the weather was being broadcast. Pretty amusing to watch someone motioning in front of a blank green screen. Lots of lights and huge robotic cameras sliding across the floor like monsters.

The spot was great, they showed a lot of my hennaed arm. Went well. Hair still looked good ;)

Here's the design I ended up doing on the intern.

It was sweet. I ended up being busy as ever at the Coventry Street Fair that evening. A lot of people came up there just to get henna. What could be cooler than that!?
